Yeah, for sure. There are many ways to build a list. There's article marketing, eBay, pay per click, search engine optimization, JV ventures, Google Adwords, video marketing, and community marketing. I'm sure there are more, but there's a list off the top of my head. If you Google any of these techniques, you will get lots of info on how to do them.
